Sawyer is an adorable 5-year-old girl who was born with cerebral palsy. Due to her condition, she has severe global delays and cannot walk independently. MPFC awarded Sawyer a $1,500 grant for intensive therapy at Tender Ones Therapy Center. Her goals in therapy are to be able to stand on both legs and increase her trunk strength. We cannot wait to see the progress she makes!
