Sailé is an adorable 2-year-old girl who has cerebral palsy spastic quadriplegia, dysarthria, and cortical vision impairment. She is unable to walk or crawl and has difficulty with head control. She is still learning to use her vision functionally. She is not able to speak, but she is learning to use aided communication tools such as talking switches to help her communicate. MPFC awarded Sailé a grant for communication equipment so that she can develop her language and communication skills.
