MPFC is honored to announce that it has received a $25,000 Fly Together Grant from the Anaheim Ducks Foundation to support its mission of providing financial assistance for medical treatments, therapies and equipment for children facing serious illnesses, injuries and disabilities.
The Anaheim Ducks Foundation’s annual Fly Together Grant Program supports nonprofit organizations creating access and opportunity to enrich lives and strengthen community well-being. The program prioritizes initiatives focused on education, health and well-being, and access to sport, with an emphasis on organizations serving Orange County. Grants for the 2026 cycle range from $10,000 to $25,000.
MPFC representatives recently joined fellow grant recipients at the Fly Together Grant Reception, where the Anaheim Ducks Foundation recognized organizations making an impact throughout the local community.
“We are incredibly grateful to the Anaheim Ducks Foundation for this generous $25,000 grant and for believing in our mission,” said Maryam Parman, Founder of Maryam Parman Foundation for Children. “For the families we serve, access to critical therapies and medical equipment can be life-changing, yet these resources are often denied or limited by insurance. This support will allow us to say ‘yes’ to more children and help give them the opportunities they deserve to reach their fullest potential.”
For MPFC, the grant comes at an especially meaningful time as the organization continues to see significant demand from families seeking assistance. MPFC provides grants to help children access essential services and equipment when insurance coverage is denied, exhausted or insufficient.
The $25,000 grant will directly support MPFC’s Therapy For Kids and Medical Device Program, helping fund needs such as physical, occupational and speech therapy, intensive therapy programs, mobility and adaptive equipment, and other medically necessary resources.
Since its inception in 2008, the Anaheim Ducks Foundation has worked to create positive change for children and families throughout Southern California. Funds for the Fly Together Grant Program are raised through the 50/50 Raffle conducted at Anaheim Ducks home games.
