Cheer on Avery
Avery was born with Hypoxic-Ischemic Encephalopathy (HIE), which resulted in cerebral palsy and affects her strength, coordination, and movement. From the very beginning, Avery has been a fighter.
Through ongoing physical, occupational, feeding, and speech therapies, Avery is working hard to build her strength and develop new motor skills.
This Move-a-Thon, Avery has a very special goal: take her first step!
For Avery, that first step would be an incredible milestone and the result of countless hours of therapy, practice, and determination. By cheering her on, you’re also helping MPFC provide life-changing therapy, adaptive equipment, and medical services to more children who need them.
