Last year, our community proved that making a difference doesn’t require a ballroom, a fancy dinner, or a ticket to an event. It simply takes people who care.
Through “From Gala to Giving” Campaign, supporters came together to raise more than $90,000, helping children access therapies and medical equipment their families couldn’t afford on their own.
And the impact didn’t end when the campaign did.
It continued in therapy rooms, at home, and in the everyday moments families had been working so hard toward.
This year, we’re building on that impact with our biggest goal yet: $100,000.
When Insurance Says No, We Step In.
For many families raising children with disabilities, access to essential care comes with a significant financial burden.
Specialized therapies, intensive rehabilitation programs, and adaptive medical equipment can cost thousands of dollars, and insurance often denies coverage or limits the services a child can receive.
Families are left facing an impossible choice: pay for critical care out of pocket or go without it.
That’s where MPFC comes in.
Through donor-funded grants, we help bridge the gap between what insurance covers and what children need, paying therapy providers and equipment suppliers directly so families can focus on what matters most: their child’s progress.

A gift of $2,500 can cover the approximate cost of a typical MPFC grant, helping a child access specialized therapy or medical equipment not covered by insurance.
