Beau is an adorable 3-year-old boy who was born with a rare genetic disorder. There are less than 400 identified cases and there hasn’t been an established standard treatment plan for his condition. Beau suffers from global delays, including struggles with his mobility, motor skills, and communication. MPFC awarded Beau a $5,000 grant for intensive therapy at NAPA Center.
His goals in therapy are to improve his expressive communication, his fine motor skills, gain confidence and grow gross motor skills. His parents describe him as tenacious, curious, and motivated. He has an amazing sense of humor and brings so much joy to their world. We cannot wait to see his progress at NAPA Center!
