MPFC Awarded Grant From The Borba Families Foundation

We are thrilled to announce that the Maryam Parman Foundation For Children is the recipient of a $5,000 grant from the Borba Family Foundation. This grant directly helped River receive a life changing medical device called the Quadriciser

The Grantee

River is a 5-year-old adorable boy who drowned when he was 15 months old. He suffered a traumatic brain injury from the accident. River has a long journey that requires extensive care to gain strength to learn how to sit, stand, and communicate. His father, James, discovered the benefits of the Quadriciser and knew it would be life changing for River.

The Medical Device

The Quadriciser is an exceptionally practical motorized therapy tool that provides gentle repetition of coordinated movement of all four limbs. Therapeutic movement that may otherwise be exhaustive to obtain is performed with ease and efficiency on the Quadriciser as it moves for you. In addition to restorative potentials from use of the Quadriciser, it is also a good defense to prevent the inevitable complications of prolonged immobility.

Our Partnership

The Borba Family Foundation awarded MPFC a $5,000 grant to help with the cost of the Quadriciser. Michael from the Borba Family Foundation saw the need that River had for this device and partnered with our foundation to make this life changing device possible. We are so thankful for their partnership. Without their help, River would still be waiting for this device. Now he has been making amazing progress and benefiting greatly from the Quadriciser.

We would also like to show our gratitute to Yeshua Ministries and Jim Shute for contributing to River’s Quadricser as well. Their donations helped change River’s life.
